Breyerfest YouTube Equestrian Team!

Hello everyone! Just thought I would bring this to your attention! Two YouTubers, SaddleUpFlash and StormValleyStables, are letting me help them spread the word about the YouTube Equestrian Team!

What is the Breyerfest YouTube Equestrian Team you might ask?

Well, the Breyerfest YouTube Equestrian Team is trying to put together a bunch of people who have real horses and trying to come up with the group (Breyerfest YouTube Equestrian Team) to perform at Breyerfest 2012!

***Please note that they did not have this cleared with Breyer yet, but they are trying to have it cleared so they can have the Breyerfest Youtube Equestrian Team perform at Breyerfest!***

The requirements to enter you and your horse:
~You must be able to transport your horse to the Kentucky Horse Park and back
~We need a limit of 8 other people to enter or more
~Try to have as many disciplines as possible
~Must be able to Walk, Trot, and Canter
~Horse has to be pretty good with crowds and a show ring (probably a good idea to have been to a couple shows with your horse ahead of time)

My Thoughts on Breyerfest 2011!

Well, for my first time going to Breyerfest, it was pretty amazing! Many people had tons of sales (at Breyerfest and at the Clarion)! Just for those who don't know what Breyerfest is, Breyerfest is a huge model horse convention, it's three days long, and they have a bunch of real horse performances and much much more!

I am not sure if I am going next year but I would love to go next year!

Just some tips for people who have never been to Breyerfest:
1.) Bring cameras, water, bags, etc
2.) Don't go to the Clarion until at least 4 pm! There isn't anyone there around 1pm! I learned that the hard way....
3.) Try and stay at a hotel in Lexington if not in the Lexington Area, this will make it easier for you to travel to Breyerfest and the Clarion

Haven't posted a blog in a while so I thought I would write one since my DeviantArt account isn't cooperating with me at this time! Anyway, my youtube channel has all my updates (www.youtube.com/user/TwixBreyerStables) about Breyerfest and Model Horse related matters!


Tomorrow I am getting up at 7:30 and leaving no latter than 8:30 with my friend who is meeting us at our hotel we are staying at in a different town.

On Saturday, I am heading over to the CHIN (Clarion-Holiday Inn North) to look at getting some new models for my collection and picking up a Glossy Autumn that I am purchasing there~!
